MARKET FOR REGISTRANT’S COMMON EQUITY, RELATED STOCKHOLDER MATTERS AND ISSUER PURCHASES OF EQUITY SECURITIES Prior to February 15, 2022, our common stock was quoted on the OTC Pink under the symbol “SBFM.” Since February 15, 2022, our common stock has been listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SBFM”. We also have tradeable warrants listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SBFMW”. As of March 31, 2023, there were approximately 149 holders of record of our common stock, not including those holding their shares in “street name.” Equity Compensation Plan Information We did not have any equity compensation plans as of December 31, 2022. We intend to submit a stock option plan for approval to our shareholders at our 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting. Dividend Policy We have not paid any dividends since our incorporation and do not anticipate paying any dividends in the foreseeable future. At present, our policy is to retain earnings, if any, to develop and market our products.
