2. PROPERTIES.
We
believe our current physical properties are sufficient and adequate to meet our current and projected requirements. Presented
below is a discussion about our current properties that are used for administrative and research activities.
On
January 25, 2019, we entered into a lease for our new headquarters location at 201 Redwood Shores Parkway, Suite 315,
Redwood City, CA 94065. The leased space consists of approximately 3,500 square feet of office space and provides for monthly
rent of approximately $21,000 through the expiration date in March 2022.
On
February 7, 2019, we entered into a lease for ancillary office space in Bend, Oregon. The leased space consists of approximately
1,500 square feet of office space and provides for monthly rent of approximately $2,700 through the expiration date in February 2021.
