Our corporate headquarters
is in Rolling Meadows, Illinois where we occupy corporate office space. We operate an asset-light business model and do not own any real
property. We do not have any material property leases, and we rely on third-party manufacturers, distributors, and service providers
to support our operations.
As previously disclosed,
the Company’s lease for office space in Troy, Michigan was scheduled to expire in 2026. In March 2025, the Company terminated the
lease prior to its scheduled expiration. The termination did not have a material impact on the Company’s consolidated financial
statements.
