ITEM 2. Properties Our principal executive offices are located at 4175 Cameron St Ste 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103. We lease office facilities under noncancelable operating lease agreements. We lease space for our corporate headquarters located at 4175 Cameron St Ste 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103 through August 2027, and a second office space in Austin, Taxes through April 2024. We also lease space for our ClouTea store in Las Vegas, Nevada through January 2024.
