Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds In March 2018, the Company’s board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock through December 31, 2019. On February 4, 2020, the Company announced that its board of directors had approved the renewal of the repurchase program through December 31, 2021. Under this repurchase program the Company purchased the following shares of common stock during the nine months ended March 31, 2020. As of March 31, 2020, future repurchases of up to 4,367,153 shares were available in the share repurchase program. We have temporarily suspended our share repurchases under our stock repurchase program as we continue to assess the impacts of COVID-19.
