We lease a 13,670 rentable square feet office space located at 611 Gateway Boulevard, Suite 900, South San Francisco, California, which lease expires in July 2027. The lease was originally entered into with 611 Gateway Center LLP (611 Gateway). In January 2026, Healthpeak OP, LLC (Healthpeak) assumed ownership of the property following its acquisition from 611 Gateway. This facility currently serves as our corporate headquarters. We believe the facility is in good operating condition and is adequate to meet our current and near-term operational needs.
