Item 2. Property.
We lease laboratory space located at 11011 Torreyana Rd., Suite 102, San Diego, California, which consists of approximately 2,140 square feet. The lease expires on December 31, 2023. Our corporate headquarters is located at 4660 La Jolla Village Dr., Suite 100, San Diego, California, where we currently have access to office space on an as-needed basis. We believe that our current space is adequate for our needs. We also believe we will be able to obtain additional space, as needed, on commercially reasonable terms.
