Our corporate offices are located at 103 Carnegie Center Drive, Suite 300, Princeton, New Jersey, where we have office and coworking space under an agreement that expires in January 2026, subject to automatic renewal provisions. We also lease approximately 3,600 square feet of laboratory space in Monmouth Junction, the Township of South Brunswick, New Jersey under a lease that expires in October 2026. We believe our present facilities are adequate for our current needs. The corporate offices include private offices, meeting rooms and workspaces for executive officers and administrative personnel, with research and development personnel stationed at the laboratory facility. We do not own any real property.
