There were 8,664 common shares repurchased under the share repurchase program during October 2022. (2) Information includes 925 common shares purchased in open market transactions during November 2022 by Peoples Bank under the Rabbi Trust Agreement. The Rabbi Trust Agreement establishes a rabbi trust that holds assets to provide funds for the payment of the benefits under the Peoples Bancorp Inc. The second is the KBW Nasdaq Bank Index, which is designed to track the performance of the leading banks and thrifts that are publicly-traded in the U.S. The KBW Nasdaq Bank Index includes 24 banking stocks representing the large U.S. national money centers, regional banks and thrift institutions. The third is the Russell 2000 Financial Services Index, which is comprised of the financial services companies within the Russell 2000 Index and is presented for comparative purposes to Peoples' immediately preceding fiscal year.
