There were no common shares repurchased under the share repurchase program during the three months ended December 31, 2021. (2) Information includes 425 common shares and 700 common shares purchased in open market transactions during October and December by Peoples Bank under the Rabbi Trust Agreement. The Rabbi Trust Agreement establishes a rabbi trust that holds assets to provide funds for the payment of the benefits under the Peoples Bancorp Inc.
