Market Information
On February 20, 2018, our common stock began trading on the NYSE under the symbol “PARR.” Prior to that date, our common stock was traded on the NYSE American under the symbol “PARR.” As of February 22, 2024, there were 133 common stockholders of record. On February 22, 2024, the closing price of our common stock was $38.40 per share on the NYSE.
Dividends
We have not paid dividends on our common stock and we do not expect to do so in the foreseeable future.

(1) On November 10, 2021, the Board authorized and approved a share repurchase program for up to $50 million of the currently outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, with no specified end date. On August 2, 2023, the Board approved expanding the Company’s share repurchase authorization from $50 million to $250 million. During the year ended December 31, 2023, 1,841 thousand shares were repurchased under this share repurchase program for a total of $62.1 million. Shares repurchased that were not associated with the share repurchase program were surrendered by employees to pay taxes withheld upon the vesting of restricted stock awards. Please read Note 19—Stockholders’ Equity to our consolidated financial statements under Item 8 of this Form 10-K for further information.
