Item 2. Properties. Our principal executive office building is located at 16 Jonspin Road in Wilmington, Massachusetts. We own our Milpitas facility and lease facilities for corporate, engineering, manufacturing, sales and service-related purposes in the United States and nine other countries - China, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam. The following table indicates the location, the general purpose and the square footage of our material facilities. Our leases expire at various times through November 30, 2035.
