Item 2. Properties. Our principal executive office building is located at 16 Jonspin Road in Wilmington, Massachusetts. We own our Milpitas and Richardson facilities and lease facilities for corporate, engineering, manufacturing, sales and service-related purposes in the United States and nine other countries - China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Germany and France. The following table indicates the location, the general purpose and the square footage of our material facilities. Our leases expire at various times through July 1, 2029.
