Our
corporate headquarters are located in Ramat Gan, Israel, which includes approximately 1,000 square meters of office space to accommodate
our engineering, research and development and administrative operations. We lease our Ramat Gan facility pursuant to a lease that expires
in June 2027, with an option to extend for an additional two years. We also lease approximately 800 square meters of office space in
Omer, Israel. The lease agreement for this facility is set to expire in May 2026, at which time we have leased an alternative location
in Omer consisting of approximately 286 square meters of space. We believe that our Ramat Gan and Omer leases are adequate for our current
needs and, should we need additional space, we believe we will be able to obtain additional space on commercially reasonable terms.
