2. Description of Property.
On
December 2, 2021, the Company entered into a 62-month lease for 4,141 square feet of office space in Florida, for $186,345 annually.
The rent increases 3% annually. The space is not available for occupancy until the second quarter of 2022, at which time rent will commence.
For
our facilities in Poole, England, we rent office and warehouse space of approximately 2,660 square feet for £2,128 or approximately
USD $2,926 per month. The Poole lease will expire July 2022 and we may seek to expand to a larger facility.
We
believe that we have adequate space for our anticipated needs and that suitable additional space will be available at commercially reasonable
prices as needed.
