Item 2. Properties Our principal executive offices are located at 5015 Highway 59 N, Marshall, Texas 75670. We believe that our facilities are adequate for our current and anticipated near-term needs and that suitable additional or substitute space would be available if needed. Sportech and the Company entered into the Lease Agreement with a purchase option, pursuant to which Sportech will lease to the Company the land on which we intend to construct JP Financial Arena, in Cádiz, Spain. See “ Item 1. Business – Our Current and Proposed Business - Multi-Purpose Event Center ” for more information about the Lease Agreement. Sportech has also entered into the Development Agreement with the Honorable City Council of El Puerto de Santa María, pursuant to which, upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Development Agreement, the City has agreed to enable the urban development of the Property, through its inclusion within a New Urban Development Transformation Area, in accordance with Article 31 of the LISTA Act and Article 50 of its implementing Regulation. The Company is not a party to the Development Agreement. We believe that our properties are suitable for the conduct of our business.
