We are currently involved
in one legal proceeding as described in Note 5 – Commitments and Contingencies in the Notes to Unaudited Condensed Consolidated
Financial Statements. From time to time, we may become subject to legal proceedings, claims, and litigation arising in the ordinary course
of business, including, but not limited to, employee, customer and vendor disputes.
