We
utilize an office at 1 Lincoln Street in Boston, Massachusetts. We currently pay rent of approximately $6,600 a month for approximately
400 square feet, and our membership agreement can be canceled by us with no penalty so long as we provide 60-day notice. Almost all of
our employees work remotely. We believe our current office space is suitable and adequate for its intended purposes and our near-term
expansion plans.
