Effective November 7, 2024, the Board declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share which is payable on December 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 25, 2024.
During the quarter ended September 29, 2024, none of our directors or officers (as defined in Rule 16a-1(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended) adopted or terminated a “Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement” or a “non Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement “ as such terms are defined under Item 408 of Regulation S-K.
