Although we are subject to legal proceedings and other disputes from time to time in the ordinary course of business, including employment, environmental, and real property claims, we believe the outcome of all pending legal proceedings and other disputes in the aggregate will not have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations, financial condition, or liquidity.
