Market Information Our common stock has been publicly traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “MCFT” since July 17, 2015. Prior to that time, there was no public market for our common stock. As of August 22, 2025, we had approximately 20 registered holders per our transfer agent and 8,100 beneficial holders of record of our common stock. Dividends We presently do not anticipate declaring or paying cash dividends on our common stock. Any future determination as to the declaration and payment of dividends, will be at the discretion of our Board and will depend on then-existing conditions, including our operating results, financial condition, contractual restrictions, capital requirements, business prospects, and other factors our Board may deem relevant. See Item 1A “Risk Factors — Risks Relating to Ownership of Our Common Stock.” Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities On June 24, 2021, the Board authorized a share repurchase program that allowed for the repurchase of up to $50.0 million of our common stock during the three-year period ending June 24, 2024. As of June 30, 2023, $1.6 million remained available under this program, all of which was fully utilized during the fiscal 2024 first quarter ended October 1, 2023. On July 24, 2023, the Board authorized a new share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $50.0 million of its outstanding shares of common stock. The new authorization became effective upon the completion of the Company’s prior $50.0 million stock repurchase authorization. As of June 30, 2025, $25.9 million remained available under the new authorization. During the fiscal years ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, we repurchased approximately $9.5 million and $16.3 million of our common stock, respectively.
