LiveWire has a virtual headquarters to utilize the best engineering talent across the globe. As of December 31, 2022, we leased office facilities in multiple locations in the United States for the Electric Motorcycles and STACYC segments. We intend to procure additional space as we add employees and expand geographically. We believe that our facilities are adequate to meet our needs for the immediate future, and that, should it be needed, suitable additional space will be available to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
