Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk. ​ Foreign Exchange Risk ​ The Company does not currently have exposure to the foreign exchange risk arising from foreign currency exposures, primarily in relation to the US dollar. ​ Interest Rate Risk ​ Interest rate risk is the risk that changes in market interest rates affect our revenues or the fair value of our financial instruments. Our exposure to the risk of changes in market interest rates arises primarily from short-term investments and long-term borrowings. Each of the Company borrowings are subject to fixed interest rates (see Indebtedness above). The Company has no variable rate instruments, and all instruments are subject to fixed interest rates. ​ Credit Risk ​ Credit risk is the risk of financial loss to us if a customer or counterparty to a financial instrument fails to meet its contractual obligations and arises principally from our receivables from customers. The carrying amounts of financial assets and contract assets represent the maximum credit exposure. We believe we are not exposed to significant credit risk concentration, whether through exposure to individual customers, specific industry sectors and/or regions. ​ Liquidity Risk ​ We manage liquidity risk by monitoring cash balances on hand, working capital, and operating cash flows. When operating cash flows are not sufficient to fund the company’s operations, the Company will need to raise additional financing. The Company intends to raise such capital through additional equity and debt raises. See “Liquidity and Capital Resources.” ​ Item 8.
