The headquarters of KeyCorp and KeyBank are located at 127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio 44114-1306 in the Key Center. At December 31, 2024, Key leased approximately 375,414 square feet of the complex, encompassing the first floor branch, the 2nd, 3rd and 5th through 9th office floors, the 12th floor, and the 54th through 56th floors of the 57-story Key Center. In addition, Key owned two buildings in Brooklyn, Ohio, with office space that it operated from and totaling 584,930 square feet at December 31, 2024. Our office space is used by all of our segments. As of the same date, KeyBank owned 410 branches and leased 534 branches. The lease terms for applicable branches are not individually material, with terms ranging from month-to-month to 99 years from inception.
