From time to time, we, our executive officers, directors, our Sponsor and its respective affiliates and/or any of their respective principals and employees are subject to legal proceedings in the ordinary course of business, and may, as a result, incur significant costs and expenses in connection with such legal proceedings. As of December 31, 2023, we were not subject to any material pending legal proceedings.
We and our Sponsor and its affiliates are also subject to extensive regulation, which, from time to time, results in requests for information from us or our Sponsor or its affiliates, or regulatory proceedings or investigations against us or our Sponsor or its affiliates. We may incur significant costs and expenses in connection with any such information requests, proceedings or investigations.
