ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our corporate headquarters are located at 1001 North US Hwy 1, Suite 504, Jupiter, Florida 33477, where we lease approximately 1,206 rentable square feet of office space. This lease expires on May 31, 2026. Terms of the office lease provide for a base rent payment of $3,783 per month and a share of the building’s operating expenses, such as taxes and maintenance, of $476 per month. In September 2021, we added an additional office located at 127 Main Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02129 for 120 rentable square feet of office space for our Boston-based employees and scientist to utilize as necessary. We believe that these facilities are adequate for our current and near-term future needs.
