Dividends
In February 2022, our Board of Directors authorized an annual dividend of $ 2.00 per share, payable quarterly. In February 2023, our Board of Directors authorized an increase in the annual dividend to $ 2.50 per share and in February 2024, our Board of Directors increased the annual dividend to $ 3.00 per share. In February 2025, our Board of Directors further increased the annual dividend to $ 3.2 0 per share. The next quarterly cash dividend of $ 0.8 0 per share is payable on March 28, 2025 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2025.
