ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
At December 31, 2021, the Bank conducted its business from its main office located at 288 Union Street, Rockland, Massachusetts, one hundred nineteen retail branches, two limited service branches and one mobile branch located within Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Worcester counties in Eastern Massachusetts. In addition to its main office, the Bank leased seventy-three of its branches (including two limited service branches) and owned the remaining forty-nine branches. In addition to these branch locations, the Bank had twenty-nine remote ATM locations, all of which are leased. These properties include the branches acquired in connection with the Meridian acquisition.
The Bank’s executive administration offices are located in Hanover, Massachusetts while the remaining administrative and operations locations are housed in several different campuses. Additionally, there are a number of sales offices not associated with a branch location throughout the Bank’s footprint.
