ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our executive office is located at 11400 West Olympic Blvd., Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90064, which the Company leases on an as needed basis. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs. We intend to add new facilities or expand existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations. In January 2024, the Company entered into a long-term operating lease agreement for manufacturing space in California under a non-cancelable financing lease that expires in December 2033. Under the terms of the lease, we expect to make total lease payments of $1.6 million through December 2033.
