Our common stock has been quoted on the Nasdaq Capital Markets under the symbol "IKT" since our initial public offering on December 23, 2020. Prior to that date, there was no public market for our common stock. Holders of Record Equiniti Trust Company, LLC (formerly known as American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC) is the transfer agent for our common stock. As of March 21, 2025, there were 29 holders of record of our common stock. Not reflected in the number of stockholders of record are persons who beneficially own shares of common stock held in nominee or street name. Dividends We have never previously declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock. We currently intend to retain earnings and profits, if any, to support our business strategy and do not intend to pay any cash dividends within the foreseeable future. Any future determination to pay cash dividends will be at the sole discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon the financial condition of the Company, its operating results, capital requirements, general business conditions and any other factors that our Board of Directors deems relevant.
