In connec tion with the acquisition of assets from General Electric Company, acting solely by and through its GE Additive business unit on September 26, 2022, we issued an aggregate of 5,500,000 shares of our common stock to General Electric Company. Such shares were issued pursuant to an exemption from registration provided by Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
