Our executive offices are located at 4800 Montgomery Lane, Suite 210 Bethesda, MD 20814, and our telephone number
is (301) 971-3955. The cost for our use of this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee we pay to our Sponsor for office space,
administrative and shared personnel support services. Upon completion of the Initial Business Combination or the Company’s liquidation,
the Company will cease paying these monthly fees. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
