HVII
does not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to its operation. It currently maintains its principal
executive offices at 195 US Hwy 50, Suite 309 Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. The cost for this space is included in the $15,000 per-month
aggregate fee HVII’s sponsor charges it for general and administrative services. HVII considers its current office space, combined
with the other office space otherwise available to its executive officers, adequate for its current operations.

To
the knowledge of HVII’s management, there is no litigation currently pending against HVII, any of its officers or directors in
their capacity as such, or against any of its property.
