Our corporate headquarters are currently located at 12707 High Bluff Drive, Suite 200, San Diego CA, 92130. The current rent at that location under a one-year renewable lease is $189 per month. We also rent our administrative offices located at Suite 720-999 West Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on a month-to-month basis at a rate of $3,515 (CA$4,357) per month. During the year ended June 30, 2021, we recorded a total of $40,576 as rent expense (2020 - $40,130).

In addition, Valent, which is owned by Dr. Dennis Brown, our Chief Scientific Officer, leases facilities in California and we have access to such facilities pursuant to an informal unwritten arrangement with Valent. Our leased premises, academic relationships, and access to the Valent facility are sufficient to meet the immediate needs of our business, research and operations.
