in Shanghai, China, we have offices in Shenzhen, Horgos, and Kashgar. As of December 31, 2022, we leased altogether approximately
2,218.82 square meters of office space in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Horgos, and Kashgar. We may add additional offices as we expand our business
to other provinces and countries. We believe that our facilities are sufficient for our current needs and that, should it be needed,
additional facilities will be available to accommodate the expansion of our business.
