OTHER INFORMATION Rule 10b5-1 Trading Arrangements During the second quarter of 2026 , Heath Lovell , the Company's Chief Operating Officer , adopted a trading arrangement for the sale of shares of the Company's common stock that is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (a "Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement"). The arrangement provides for the sale of up to 37,751 shares of the Company's common stock issuable upon the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units, and terminates on the earlier of December 31, 2027 or the completion of all sales under the arrangement .
