ITEM 2. PROPERTIES.
We operate out of an approximately
5,000 square foot facility in Murrieta, California. We believe this facility is sufficient to meet our current and near-term operational
needs.
In addition, the Company has entered
into a lease agreement for an approximately 25,000 square foot industrial facility located in Katy, Texas. The leased facility is intended
to support future hydrogen production operations. The commencement of the lease and the Company’s occupancy of the facility are
subject to completion of landlord construction and build-out. As of October 31, 2025, construction had not been completed, the Company
had not taken possession of the facility, and no operations had commenced at the location.
