ITEM 5. OTHER INFORMATION Termination of Patent Purchase Agreement On March 13, 2025, the Company and Donald Owens mutually agreed to terminate the Patent Purchase Agreement as of January 24, 2023. As part of the termination, the patents were returned to Mr. Owens, and the 5,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock were canceled.
