On March 27, 2024, the closing price for our Common Stock as reported on the NASDAQ Capital Market was $1.51. As of March 28, 2024, we had 7,575,813 shares of our Common Stock issued and outstanding. There were approximately 191 record holders of our Common Stock. Such number does not include any shareholders holding shares in nominee or “street name”. Dividend Policy We have not declared or paid dividends on our Common Stock since our formation, and we do not anticipate paying dividends in the foreseeable future. Declaration or payment of dividends, if any, in the future, will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on our then current financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements and other factors deemed relevant by the board of directors. There are no contractual restrictions on our ability to declare or pay dividends.
