Market For Common Stock
The Nasdaq Global Select Market is the principal United States trading market for our common stock. Our common stock is traded under the symbol “GIII”.
On March 20, 2026, there were 15 holders of record and, we believe, approximately 26,500 beneficial owners of our common stock.
Dividend Policy
In fiscal 2026, our Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved a new quarterly dividend program to evolve our strategic use of capital and declared an initial quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share which was paid on December 29, 2025. Any future determination as to the payment of cash dividends will be dependent upon our financial condition, results of operations and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.
