Our corporate headquarters are in Jacksonville, Florida in owned facilities. F&G's headquarters are in Des Moines, Iowa in leased facilities.
The majority of our branch offices are leased from third parties. See Note Q Leases to our Consolidated Financial Statements included in Item 8 of Part II of this Annual Report for further information on our outstanding leases. Our subsidiaries conduct their business operations primarily in leased office space i n 46 states, Washington, DC, Canada, India, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
