Properties
The Company and Bank are headquartered in Lodi, California. Executive offices are located at 111 W. Pine Street. We own our headquarters, loan servicing center, administrative offices, warehouses and parking lots
along with land for future banking locations. Banking services are provided in 30 branch locations in the Company's service area. Of the 30 branches, 20 are owned and 10 are leased. The expiration of these leases occurs between the years 2026 and
2030, however most of these leases have extension options that typically range from 5 to 10 years. See Note 16 “Leases”, located in Item 8. “Financial Statements and Supplementary Data” in this Form 10-K.
