Fifth District Bancorp’s common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “FDSB.” As of December 31, 2025, we had 345 stockholders of record (excluding persons or entities holding stock in street name through various brokerage firms), and 5,349,039 shares of common stock outstanding.
To date, Fifth District Bancorp has not paid any cash dividends to our stockholders. The payment and amount of any dividend payments is subject to statutory and regulatory limitations, and depends upon a number of factors, including the following: regulatory capital requirements; our financial condition and results of operations; tax considerations; and general economic conditions.
There were no sales of unregistered equity securities during the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
