The number of such holders does not include beneficial owners of our ordinary shares that are held of record by brokers and other institutions on behalf of such beneficial owners. Dividend Policy We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our ordinary shares, and we do not anticipate declaring or paying cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
