Our executive office is located at 250
West 57 th Street, Suite 415, New York, NY 10107. Effective June 30, 2020, the Hydra sponsor agreed to stop charging
us the $10,000 monthly administrative fee that we had agreed to pay for office space, utilities and general office, receptionist
and secretarial and administrative support, following our initial public offering. We consider our current office space adequate
for our current operations.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings
We are not currently subject to any material
legal proceedings, nor, to our knowledge, is any material legal proceeding threatened against us or any of our officers or directors
in their corporate capacity.
