We currently maintain our executive offices at
515 E. Las Olas Blvd., Suite 120, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. The cost for this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee. Pursuant
to an administrative services agreement, commencing on September 24, 2025, between the Company and the sponsor (the “Administrative
Services Agreement”), until the completion of our initial business combination or liquidation, we will pay a monthly fee of $10,000
to our sponsor for secretarial and administrative services.
