Our
operations are principally operated remotely at various data centers throughout the United States and we do not own any real property.
Our offices are located at 470 W 200 N STE 18 Salt Lake City, UT 84103 and are leased pursuant to a lease agreement that renews in successive
six-month terms. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs. We intend to add new facilities
or expand existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed
to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
