Following the Merger, the Company’s corporate headquarters is located at 898 Veterans Highway in Hauppauge, New York. The Bank’s main office continues to be located at 2200 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, New York. In connection with the Merger, we expanded our footprint with the addition of Legacy Dime’s full-service retail banking offices located throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties in New York, and Legacy Dime’s operations office located in Manhattan.
As of December 31, 2021, we operated 60 branch locations throughout Greater Long Island and Manhattan, of which 44 were leased and 16 were owned.
