CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES Evaluation of Disclosure Controls and Procedures Management of our Company is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective disclosure controls and procedures as defined in Rules 13a-15(e) and 15d-15(e) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. As of January 25, 2025, an evaluation was performed, under the supervision and with the participation of management, including our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, of the effectiveness of the design and operation of our disclosure controls and procedures. Based upon that evaluation, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer concluded that as of January 25, 2025, our disclosure controls and procedures were effective at the reasonable assurance level to ensure information required to be disclosed in the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements included in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q was recorded, processed, summarized, and reported within the time period required by the SEC's rules and forms and accumulated and communicated to management, including the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, to allow timely decisions regarding required disclosure. Our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer believe the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements included in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q fairly represent, in all material respects, our financial condition, results of operations and cash flows for the periods presented in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. Changes in Internal Control Over Financial Reporting During the quarter ended January 25, 2025, there have been no changes in our internal control over financial reporting that have materially affected, or are reasonably likely to materially affect, our internal control over financial reporting.
