We have leased our principal offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts covering approximately 7,667 square feet of space. In November 2018, we entered into a lease through April 30, 2022. On May 16, 2022, we entered into a Third Amendment to Lease and extended the lease through July 31, 2024. On January 3, 2024, we entered into a Fourth Amendment to Lease and extended the lease through July 31, 2025.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings .
From time to time we may become involved in legal proceedings or be subject to claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. As of the date of this report, we are not currently a party to any material legal proceedings.
